Sakthi Auto buys 52 p.c. stake in Bonomi

MUMBAI: Sakthi Sugars on Friday said its subsidiary, Sakthi Auto Component Ltd (SACL), has acquired 51.83 per cent stake in the Coimbatore-based Bonomi Belgium Ventiel India, which is engaged in the manufacture of industrial valves. As a result, Bonomi has become a subsidiary of SACL with effect from<243>June 6.
