Nandan readies 8 formulations

HYDERABAD: Nandan Biomatrix, focussing on nutraceuticals and biofuels, has announced its readiness with eight formulations for present-day health problems. V. Bhaskar Rao, Managing Director, told a press conference here on Friday that the company was ready to launch the herbal formulations first in the country followed by the South Asian markets. It would be able to market them in the U.S. and Europe next year. The products are Bio-Rhythm, Aedy's, Bio-Synergy, Sorgasm, Gynocs, Prrotec, Memorie and Nurture. B. Jaya Kumar, Director, said the range included aphrodisiacs and those for memory improvement aimed at children. Phase two clinical trials had been done at the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology. C. S. Jadhav, Director (marketing), said the company aimed at volumes worth Rs. 15 crore or 12 lakh bottles of the eight formulations in this fiscal.
