Back Balyan elected NIPM President

Dr A.K. Balyan, Director (Human Resource) of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC), has been elected as the President of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) - one of the apex institutes for promoting professional excellence in human resource studies. Dr Balyan, will chair NIPM for the next two years. NIPM has also elected Mr Sushant Vats, Chief Employee Relations of ONGC, as the regional Vice-President, Northern Region and Mr J.A. Kumar, DGM (P&A), ONGC as Member from Southern Region, a company release said. NIPM is an all-India professional body for HR professionals. The institute is headquartered in Kolkata and has 52 chapters spread throughout the country.
