Chennai , June 22 Pegasus Realty, a Dubai-based company, has started marketing a Kuala Lumpur residential property in India. The company started the marketing in Chennai because of the city's business and cultural links with the Malaysian capital. Mr Imtiaz Panjwani, Chairman, said the apartment block is in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and would cost about Rs 7,700 per sq ft. The apartment size ranges from one to four bedrooms. The apartments on higher floors will cost more. Pegasus is planning a joint venture with local companies.
