Back MoU for residential township

Srinivasa Shipping & Property Development Ltd has signed an MoU with Spire Realty Hyderabad Retreat Ltd, under the FDI scheme by US-based investors, for developing a residential township of 90 plus acres in Hyderabad. The Company today informed BSE that it is now in the process of finalising a joint venture agreement for the said project.
