Shops burgled

BANGALORE: Thieves broke into nine shops in a commercial complex on Commercial Street on Friday night and made away with Rs. 69,000 in cash and articles worth Rs. 18,700.

The police said the thieves first entered a shop by cutting the ventilator grills.
