Govt. extends ban on export of pulses

NEW DELHI: The Union Government has extended the ban on export of more than 10 types of pulses till March 31, 2007, instead of December 26 this year. As per a notification by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade the ban would now remain in force till the end of this financial year instead of December 26, as was earlier decided.
