Tulip gets LoI for NLD, ILD licence

NEW DELHI: Tulip IT Services Ltd., provider of end-to-end data connectivity, on Tuesday said it had been awarded the Letter of Intent (LOI) for national long distance and international long distance licence by the Department of Telecom (DoT).
