Physical education directors' meet

MADURAI : The annual general meeting of the Directors of Physical Education (PEDs) of affiliated colleges of Madurai Kamaraj University will be held at the university on July 14.

R. Elangovan, Director of Physical Education, MKU, in a press release said that nearly 100 PEDs from Madurai, Dindigul, Theni and Virudhunagar districts would participate. Physical education matters for the year 2006-07 would be discussed at the meeting, he said.

The Vice-Chancellor, P. Maruthamuthu, would inaugurate the meeting.
