Court declines stay on panchayat polls

HYDERABAD: A Division Bench of the High Court on Friday declined to grant stay on the forthcoming Gram Panchayat elections.

The bench headed by the Chief Justice directed the State Government and the State Election Commission (SEC) to consider and dispose of the applications for inclusion into voters list made prior to July 9.
