Bangalore: NAL Colony emerged champion in the State `B' division basketball men's league that concluded at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium outdoor courts here on Sunday.

In the final, NAL Colony defeated Koramangala Sports Club 49-48 after leading 30-22 at half-time.
