PMK operating like clockwork

The Pattali Makkal Katchi founder leader S. Ramadoss normally makes it a point to be present at every important event organised by the party or its wings. He is now away on a tour of the United States. But this did not stand in the way of the party presenting its "alternative budget" for the State.

M. Ramadass, a former professor of economics and the party's floor leader in the Lok Sabha, was at his best while explaining several features of the "alternative budget".
