BPCL to supply RLNG to FACT

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Kochi, has entered into an agreement for supply of RLNG (re-liquefied natural gas) with Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd for a quantity of 1.25 million standard cubic metre per day for its Udyogamandal and Ambalamedu units.

The agreement was signed by the Capt M.J. Mohan, General Manager (Gas Task Force), BPCL, with Mr K.P. Balagopalan (General Manager, Production) at FACT's Corporate office.

With the usage of RLNG in place of other fuels and feedstock, FACT will be in a position to cut the operating cost and will be boost to the overall financial performance of FACT, a release issued here said.
