`Create awareness on hazardous waste'

BANGALORE: The gap between legislations and their implementation is leading to problems in management of hazardous waste throughout the world. There is need to create awareness on hazardous waste, said Professor C.F. Woolridge of Cardiff University. He as speaking at a workshop on hazardous waste management on Thursday. , Mr. Woolridge said every country, despite having laws, faced problem in hazardous waste management.
