Back Investment in Orissa

This is with reference to "R-ADAG to invest Rs 61,500 cr in Orissa" (Business Line, July 23): Orissa has also attracted investment in steel. While the investments are reasons for the Chief Minister to congratulate himself, he should plan for the right use of mineral and other natural resources and ensure rehabilitation for the people who may be affected or displaced.
