Centre notifies CAS for 3 metros

NEW DELHI: Conditional Access System, which allows cable TV viewers to pick channels of their choice and pay subscription only for them, is all set to become a reality in Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata with the Government issuing a notification for its roll-out by this year-end.
