NEW DELHI: In a relief to cable TV subscribers ahead of the roll-out of CAS in Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata, the Government has empowered the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India to intervene if it finds that pay channel prices are "too high,'' besides ordering that no programme would carry advertisements exceeding 12 minutes per hour.
