Back McDowell okays composite scheme

McDowell & Company Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the Bombay High Court has sanctioned the composite scheme of arrangement in the case of Triumph Distillers & Vintners Private Ltd, Baramati Grape Industries Ltd and Shaw Wallace Distilleries Ltd.

With this, the scheme has been sanctioned by the High Courts of Karnataka and Bombay in respect of all the companies. The scheme will become effective upon filing of the certified copies of the orders of all the companies with the respective Registrar of Companies.
