Back Unitech to develop part of Greater Noida Our Bureau
New Delhi , Aug. 8 Real estate developer Unitech Ltd has bagged a tender to develop around 100 acres of land in Greater Noida (Delhi NCR). The company will develop a housing project with a total build up area of about 8 million sq. ft. involving a capital outlay of around Rs 556.44 crore, according to a company release. The residential township will have around 4,500 apartments with a fitness centre, convenience malls, nursing homes, clinics and schools. To be built over a time period of four to five years, the total developmental cost is expected to be in the tune of Rs 1,800 crore, according to the release. Unitech is in talks with some leading international architecture companies to implement this project.
