MSP moves up

DINDIGUL: Host MSP Solai Nadar Matriculation HSS moved into the second round of the 28th annual Ravi Memorial Trophy State-level open basketball tournament defeating Silver Jubilee Sports Club, Periakulam 75-66 at the school ground here on Thursday.

APSC in semifinals

At Devakottai, Arumugam Pillai Seethaiammal College, Tiruppathur, entered the women's semifinals of the Alagappa University inter-collegiate ball badminton tournament defeating Alagappa University College of Education 25-4, 29-9.
