India `A', Senior teams begin well

Bangalore: The India `A' and Senior teams began their campaigns on a winning note in the 2006 IBSF World snooker championships, being held at San Jose in the United States of America.

According to information received by the Karnataka State Billiards Association here on Friday, India `A' posted a flawless 9-0 win over Isle Of Man, while the Seniors team comprising former World champion Geet Sethi, Devendra Joshi and B.V.S. Murthy, defeated Canada 6-3.
