CHENNAI : The Mylapore Academy is celebrating its 52nd anniversary at P.S. Higher Secondary School at 6 p.m. on August 28. Akkamma Krishnamurthy, president of Andhra Mahila Sabha, will be awarded for her contributions to the welfare of women and special children. T.N. Seshan, former Chief Election Commissioner, will participate.
