HYDERABAD: United Technologies Corporation (UTC), headquartered in Connecticut, U.S., and having a strong partnership with the city-based Infotech Enterprises, has said that it was considering the setting up of a manufacturing and maintenance facility here for aircraft engines, in addition to two existing plants. At a press conference here on Wednesday, UTC President and COO, Louis Chenevert, announced that the company's five year association had resulted in $100 million of business being transacted. The next $100 million would be reached in less than five years, he said on a visit here to renew the partnership. CMD, Infotech Enterprises, B.V.R. Mohan Reddy, said they looked forward to slicing time off and achieve the next $100 million in much less than five years.
