Guidelines on billing under CAS

NEW DELHI: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India on Wednesday issued Quality of Service Regulations, including on complaint redressal and billing issues, under the CAS regime and ordered that these would come in force in notified areas of Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata from October 1.
