PET jar manufacturing unit in Coimbatore

COIMBATORE: Vikram Ahuja Enterprise International Private Limited has established a PET jar manufacturing unit here at a cost of Rs. 2 crore (excluding land and building). The unit will manufacture about 20,000 cans a month and the commercial production will start in a week, says Vikram Ahuja, Managing Director. The plant will make "pre-forms" with injection moulding machines and will blow these tubes into jars. These will be sold to water bottlers in different parts of the State. The company is also into property development and tea-bag manufacturing.
