Bosch to develop ECUs

BANGALORE: Robert Bosch plans to develop special electronic control units (ECUs) for the domestic automobile sector, Walter Grote, Managing Director of its Indian unit, said here on Thursday. Robert Bosch India has set up a `clean room' facility here as part of the electronic design services to validate the tester software used for testing in-house designed circuits and semiconductor devices. Meanwhile, Friedhelm Pickhard will take over as the Managing Director of Robert Bosch India from Mr. Grote.
