NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Thursday accepted the one-year moratorium put by the Centre on demolition of unauthorised constructions built till December 31, 2005, through the Delhi Laws (Special Provisions Act), 2006, by observing that the Court was at present only concerned with ongoing unauthorised constructions and encroachments on public land. Refusing to intervene in the matter, the Bench said it was only concerned with ongoing unauthorised constructions and encroachments on public land.
