Bangalore: Gokula-Curie Centre of Oncology, a joint venture of Health Care Global Enterprises Limited (HCG), a leader in oncology care, and M.S. Ramaiah Memorial Hospital (MSRMH), a multi-speciality referral hospital, was formally launched here on Wednesday. The centre will be established on the premises of the Ramaiah hospital in north Bangalore. It is expected to be fully operational by March next. The centre, to be established with an investment of Rs. 8 crore, will have advanced facilities for bone marrow transplantation and other high-end treatment. M.R. Jayaram, Chairman of MSRMH and Gokula group of institutions; B.R. Prabhakaran, Chief Executive Officer of MSRMH; Ajai Kumar, Chairman of HCG, and Naresh Shetty spoke.
