Alchemist to merge with Kaiser Hospital

MUMBAI: Alchemist will merge Kaiser Hospital, a multi speciality hospital, with itself. The board of directors at the meeting held on Thursday approved the company's amalgamation with Kaiser Hospitals, subject to the shareholders approval and other requisite permissions, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. Kaiser Hospital is located at Panchkula in Chandigarh and has 200 beds.
