NEW DELHI: Capt. P.P. Singh has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Air India Charters Limited(AICL), a fully owned subsidiary of Air India. Capt. Singh will have a two-year tenure. The AICL operates a low cost carrier under the brand name of Air India Express, mounting flights form Kerala to various points in the Gulf. Capt. Singh has held the post of Regional Director-India in Air India as well as postings in New York and Frankfurt.
