BANGALORE: A call centre executive and his friend were killed after they rammed their motorcycle against a tree on 1st Main Road, Basaveshwaranagar, in the early hours of Monday. Police said that around 1 a.m., the motorists jumped a pavement and rammed the tree. The dead have been identified as Harish (21), a call centre executive and a resident of Moodalapalya, and Sreenivasa (22), a power loom worker and a resident of K.P. Agrahara. In another incident, Bheemanna (45), a pedestrian, was killed after a motorcycle hit him on Graphite India Road, off Kundalahalli Gate, in K.R. Puram police station limits on Sunday.
