Indian Airlines blanks Secunderabad SC

Hyderabad: Indian Airlines scored a comfortable 5-0 win against Secunderabad SC in the A-2 division hockey league championship here on Tuesday. Anil Kumar struck twice (18th, 43rd) and a goal each by Shivakrishna (11th), Kranthi Kumar (15th) and Mithun in the 41st minute completed the tally for the winner.

KGC wins title

Kasturba Gandhi College won Osmania University's inter-college kabaddi tournament for women defeating OU Women's College 37-17 in the final while Vanitha Mahavidyalaya finished third getting the better of Railway Degree College 37-18.

Genpact is champion

Genpact won the Royal Cup corporate basketball tournament beating GE MS 48-28 in the final. In the semifinals, Genpact overcame ADP 40-26 while GE MS downed Microsoft 32-29.

Inter-district aquatics
