Progeon renamed Infosys BPO

BANGALORE: Infosys Technologies Ltd. has re-named its business process outsourcing subsidiary Progeon Ltd. as Infosys BPO Ltd from August 29.

The announcement comes after Infosys completed the transaction recently to buy the 23 per cent stake held by Citicorp International Finance Corporation for Rs. 518 Crore and make the BPO unit a wholly-owned subsidiary.
