HYDERABAD: Bangalore-based ITS Institute, specialising in training call centre professionals, has launched a free e-recruitment system.

All that the job seekers need to do is attend an online test by logging to www.itsinstitute.com.

Candidates scoring 50 per cent or above marks in the test will be interviewed by the HRD of the call centres over the phone.

First is an online written test and second, a telephone interview conducted by a voice and accent expert.
