Punj Lloyd joins hands with Swissport

MUMBAI: Punj Lloyd has entered into a joint venture with Swissport International, a world leader in the ground handling industry. The company will hold 49 per cent while Swissport will hold 51 per cent stake in the joint venture. According to Atual Punj, Chairman, Punj Lloyd, the joint venture would enable the company to enter into a new business field in the aviation sector.
