BREAD-SSI amalgamation gets Court approval

CHENNAI: The High Court of Judicature of Madras has approved the merger of BREAD and SSI Limited. According to a release, the share swap ratio of the merger is 642 equity shares of SSI for each Share of BREAD. Over 3.21 crore fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10 each of SSI will be issued accordingly. The merger is effective from April 1, 2006.
