PATNA: The kidnapped Government doctor Radhika Raman returned safely on Thursday after being kept in captivity for almost four days. The police claimed that it had rescued the doctor during a search operation from Pipra village in Bhojpur district. Dr. Raman was kidnapped on Sunday while returning to Darbhanga. Other sources however maintained that Dr. Raman had been freed by his abductors. Four persons have been arrested.
