SBT storms into semifinals

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: State Bank of Travancore crushed Loyola Cricket Academy by 10 wickets and entered the semifinals of the G.V. Raja memorial all-Kerala cricket tournament at the Medical College ground on Sunday.

SBT dismissed Loyola for a paltry 43 runs and took just six overs to reach the target.

The scores: Loyola CA 43 in 17.3 overs (Santosh Karunakaran five for eight) lost to SBT 44 for no loss in 5.3 overs.
