FitnessOne launches TRIM

CHENNAI: FitnessOne, Chennai, on Tuesday launched, TRIM, a closely governed weight loss programme. It has been formulated and designed by a host of dieticians, physicians and experts in the field. Biological and fitness/endurance tests are conducted after which the client follows a customised fitness regime. FitnessOne will open around 30 fitness centres in South India in the next one year and targets to open 100 centres countrywide by 2008, says a release.
