Subros announces 35 p.c. dividend

NEW DELHI : Subros Limited, a manufacturer of automotive air conditioners, has announced 35 per cent dividend for 2005-06 in comparison to 30 per cent in the previous year. During its annual general meeting, Subros Chairman Ramesh Suri said the company had enhanced the existing capacity of five-lakh systems per annum to seven-and-a-half lakh with further plans for capacity enhancement, aimed at providing up to ten-lakh systems by 2008. The new Subros plants at Manesar (Haryana) and Pune (Maharashtra) would commence production next month, Mr. Suri said.
