Badminton seminar

VIJAYAWADA: The fourth all-India badminton umpires and referees seminar, conducted by the AP Badminton Association, will be held at the SAAP indoor stadium in Hyderabad from Oct. 6 to 8, according to Badminton Association of India joint secretary K. Ch. Punnaiah Choudary.

More than 150 umpires and referees from BAI's 27 affiliated associations will attend the seminar in which IBF referee S. Muralidharan, ABC referee V. Sudhakar and IBF umpire Girish Natu will act as resource persons.

The trio will interact with the delegates on the changing trends of the game, interpretation of laws, service judging and other technical aspects. — Sports Reporter
