Insurance employees plan strike

Bangalore: General insurance employees in Karnataka, affiliated to National Union of Insurance Employees, will join the one-day nationwide strike on October 5.

The strike is against the transfer and mobility policy of managements. The employees would demonstrate in front of the regional office of New India Assurance Co. Ltd on Mission Road.
