Sarige adalat on October 17

Sarige Adalat will be conducted by the Regional Transport Office, Bangalore South, on Tuesday at 3 p.m. on the third floor of Jayanagar Shopping Complex, 4th Block, Jayanagar.

Senior officials of the Transport Department will participate in the adalat.

SBM loan mela

ends today

The mega loan mela organised by State Bank of Mysore at Basava Bhavan, near Hotel Chalukya, will end on Sunday.

Special concessions such as full waiver of processing charges, reduced margins and lower interest rates are offered on housing and car loans.

Lecture at planetarium

Bangalore Association for Science Education has organised a special demonstration lecture entitled "Know your stars" at the Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium on Sunday at 6.30 p.m.

Date extended

As per the instructions received from Karnataka Housing Board, SyndicateBank has extended the last date for accepting KHB applications for sites, houses and flats at Suryanagar Electronic City and Kengeri Bandemutt to October 18.

The bank's BWSSB, Avenue Road entrance, Jayanagar 3rd Block and Kengeri Satellite Town branches will accept the applications.

BMTC call centre

The Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation has asked commuters to make use of its call centre facility set up in August.

This is to enable the public make enquiries and register any complaints or suggestions regarding city bus services.

The call centre can be called on 12667 and 22108304 and is operational from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on all days of the week.
