TNPL pays 15 p.c. interim

MUMBAI: Tamil Nadu Newsprint has announced an interim dividend of 15 per cent for 2006-07. The company has reported a net profit of Rs. 23.20 crore for the half year ended September 30, 2006 against Rs. 18.15 crore in the corresponding period in 2005-06. Net sales were higher at Rs.235.45 crore against Rs. 203.09 crore.
