SRA Systems unveils new framework

CHENNAI: SRA Systems has launched process-outsourcing framework, PROOF. This product encapsulates time tested reliable components that operate together with a synergy to make it a comprehensive BPO facilitating tool. PROOF can deal with increased number of customers. It has inbuilt components that deals with user, process management, integration with document management and reporting for BPO process, says a company release.
