Advocates' association favours dialogue

BANGALORE: The Advocates' Association, Bangalore, said that it was unfortunate that the Karnataka State Bar Council and the judiciary were on a collision course on an issue which could have been resolved by mutual dialogue and "with great magnanimity keeping the interest of the institution and in the larger interest of the legal fraternity". At an emergency meeting of the association held on Thursday, the association resolved to find out an amicable solution to the issue.b Twenty-seven members participated.
