Man gunned down
The police said G. Laxminarayana (45), a native of Vemulakurthi village of Ibrahimpatnam, was involved in four cases including two murders. On Sunday, the police while conducting vehicle checks spotted Laxminarayana on a two-wheeler. On seeing the police, he tried to escape. Suspecting him to be a Maoist, they chased him.
