VUDA photography contest date extended

VISAKHAPATNAM : The last date to submit entries for the VUDA photography competition has been extended to November 5. Amateur, professional and press photographers may submit entries.

The two themes for the competition are `the heritage and religious values of Visakhapatnam' and `environment, tourism and natural beauty of Visakhapatnam.' Photographs should reflect significance of the city and district making identification easy. First, second and third prizes of Rs.5,000, Rs.3,000 and Rs.2,000 will be awarded to winners. Entries may be sent to Media Advisor, VUDA or to VUDA Children Theatre.
