SEBI withdraws facility

CHENNAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India has decided to withdraw the facility of operating a Beneficiary Owner (BO) Account without PAN (Permanent Account Number) enjoyed by NRIs/PIOs in view of a new facility offered by the Income Tax Department to them through UTISL and NSDL to obtain PAN.
