Ruia in talks to buy Tyre Corpn.

SAHAGUNJ: Even as production got under way after five years at the main Dunlop India Ltd. unit here, Pawan Kumar Ruia, Chairman, Ruia group, who acquired the company from the Chhabrias, said that he had begun talks with the Centre for taking over Tyre Corporation of India Ltd. (TCIL).
